Day 1

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and proceed to Aritar. The drive to Aritar will take you through scenic routes and charming villages, offering glimpses of the natural beauty of the region. Check-in at your selected homestay or hotel in Aritar and freshen up. After some rest, visit the Aritar Lake, also known as Lampokhari, which is one of the oldest and highest lakes in Sikkim. Enjoy boating or simply stroll around the lake to appreciate its beauty. In the evening, you can take a short hike to Mankhim Hill to witness a beautiful sunset and get panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Silk Route. Return to your accommodation for the night.

Wake up early to enjoy the serene ambiance of Aritar and the fresh mountain air. After breakfast, visit the Aritar Gumpa, a Buddhist monastery known for its religious significance and peaceful surroundings.
