Day 1

Depart from Gangtok early in the morning and start your journey towards the Silk Route. On the way, visit the famous Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, two popular tourist spots near Gangtok. Continue your drive through the scenic terrain, and as you ascend, you will notice a change in the landscape from lush greenery to rocky terrain. Arrive at Zuluk, a quaint village nestled in the Eastern Himalayas. Check-in at your homestay or guesthouse and take some rest. In the evening, explore the local surroundings and enjoy the serene ambiance of Zuluk. Overnight stay in Zuluk.

Day 2

Wake up early to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the Kanchenjunga range from Thambi View Point. After breakfast, begin your journey along the historic Old Silk Route. En route, you will pass through the Zigzag Road or Zuluk Loops, which offers breathtaking views of the Eastern Himalayas. Visit Lungthung, a high-altitude mountain pass, and enjoy the panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks. Continue to reach Gnathang Valley, a scenic plateau surrounded by mountains on all sides. Day 3

Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains from Gnathang Valley. After breakfast, begin your return journey to Gangtok, retracing your steps along the Old Silk Route. Explore the beautiful Jelep La Pass, which lies at the Indo-China border, and marvel at the scenic beauty around. Continue your drive back to Gangtok and check-in at your hotel. Day 4

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Gangtok. If time permits, you can visit some of the popular attractions in Gangtok, such as the Rumtek Monastery or the Hanuman Tok. Depart from Gangtok with wonderful memories of your Silk Route tour in Sikkim.
